It’s a busy time in the hog roast calendar too. On Wednesday, for example we’re catering for a family re-union in Fiddlers Green. Thursday evening sees us providing delicious food for Uncle Fred’s retirement party (shhhh! The party bit’s a secret) and on Friday we’ve been asked to lay on a formal black tie banquet for a corporate product launch in the middle of town. Saturday afternoon sees Chris and Gill tie the knot over Wyman’s Brook way and then… well, you begin to see why being flexible is so important. Our Event Planners work very closely with you to ensure you and your lucky guests get exactly the impact you’d hope for from such an innovative and dynamic dining experience.

All our ingredients are organically sourced and, where possible, come from local suppliers. Even the hog you pre-select will come from a specialist local farm. We’re justifiably proud of our range of complementary specialist sauces (the apple sauce really is something special!) and all our food is prepared fresh on the day – including our legendary floured rolls! To round off the perfect meal you can also choose from an impressive range of delicious, indulgent desserts ( and go the whole hog, so-to-speak!). Any veggie guests been invited?
