Hog roast, Crawley style! That’s our mission and we reckon we’re certainly up for the challenge. With over twenty years of experience behind us (and several thousand satisfied customers) our chef and griddle teams have been clocking up the miles across Crawley and the surrounding areas. Of course the people here are no strangers to travellers, proudly boasting a rich heritage of coaching inns serving the earliest commuters between London and Brighton. On Monday we’re catering for a family re-union with the Carter clan, on Tuesday it’s Tinsley Green and a Ruby Wedding anniversary. Thursday sees us running a black tie marquee event for a certain global blue chip company and on Saturday it’s a community party in Buchan Country Park. No time to rest on our laurels, that’s for sure… but to be honest we love it. The sheer variety of settings is wonderful as no two days are ever the same. Naturally this means we have to be both creative and flexible in our approach. To create the kind of hog roast Crawley will be talking about for a long, long time after takes careful planning and expert delivery.
