Hog Roast Wirral

If you have recently attended the Wirral show or the River Festival, or perhaps cheered on one of the Wirrals rugby teams at the Caldy sevens, it is quite likely that you have seen (or smelled) one of our delicious hog roast stalls. We are a local company, established in 1999, and we are proud to be the official caterers of many of the exciting events that take place in and around the Wirral.

As well as our regular contracts with the football and rugby teams on the Wirral, the growth of our business over the last few years has allowed us to also offer a bespoke hog roast Wirral service to people who are planning weddings, birthday parties, balls, or even those who are just looking to hold a summer BBQ with a difference. Many people now recognise that a hog roast Wirral not only makes a fantastic focal point at any event, but also offers a simple and tasty way to feed hungry guests. As no two events are alike, we don’t impose any rigid packages or services on our clients, but rather work in partnership with the hosts to develop menu ideas that suit the style and size of the event. We have a ‘no event too big or too small’ attitude. Our hog roast Wirral catering can be as informal or formal as you like. For example, most recently, we supplied several hog roasts for a large medieval themed wedding held at the Leasowe Castle Mound, the site of a former medieval castle. The couple were overjoyed to learn of our service, as it fit perfectly with their historical theme. This just goes to show that good food is timeless!

We recognise that it’s not just the food that makes an occasion special, but undoubtedly the service. That’s why we devote time to training all our hog roast Wirral chefs and waiters to the highest standard. However, that doesn’t mean that our staff are just well-programmed robots. We always encourage our staff to get involved and engage with our clients and their guests, helping them feel that their event is in the hands of people who enjoy and take pride in their work. In conjunction with the expansion of our business, we have recently employed several young graduates of Catering and Hospitality courses, who we hope will bring us some fresh ideas for developing the business even further.

The Wirral offers many varied potential sources of business as it has a very diverse population, each with their own traditions and occasions to celebrate. In particular, there is a large Italian population and in the past we have worked with the Italian community to put an Italian twist to some events that we have catered. Although each community has their own traditions, they all come together to get involved in local events. Next year we are planning to host our first event in one of the Wirral’s Green Flag parks. We hope that ‘Hog roast in the Park’ will be a great success and fun for all!
