What a Weekend

Hog roasting is a wonderful experience, if you have not experienced it yet you are totally missing out, more and more people are getting to know the experience of hog roasting and enjoying it so much they are doing it more than a couple of times a year, even saving up for their own machine or even starting their own business. Many events have been dazzled by the wonderful hog roast and even the people at that event will hire us again for their own event since they enjoyed it so much.

I will give you a glimmer of what you are missing out on; watching the beautiful hog laying there roasting away in its own juices, mouth watering meat that fall off the bone, crispy crackling with all the wonderful juices from the hog, plus if the chef or yourself may decide to roast other meat such a chicken, lamb, pork, beef and turkey. But to experience the full potential of a hog roast it is best to have hog as the centre piece. However you can also cook potatoes, in all different varieties, with the amazing machine so why not try mixing vegetables with the juices of the succulent hog or even making a delightful gravy.

We had an event this weekend where we set up an extravagant banquet for a wedding in Southend-On-Sea. It was lovely being near the seaside with the sun beating down on everything giving that wedding a beautiful glow. It was honestly an amazing day Southend won their football match and the bride and groom had that perfect day they were dreaming of, especially with our food being served on the tables. After the wedding service the bride, the groom and the guests came outside to a banquet fit for a King and Queen, tables where laid neatly and the plates were ready and the hog was cooked to perfection.

We loved going from Southend-On-Sea all the way back to Nelson knowing we made a couples day that bit more special and putting so many smiles on so many faces.
