Summer Weddings

Hello Hog Roast blog readers now that I am back in the office I thought I’d take10 minutes or so to tell you all how great our weekend full of catering went.

We had a very exciting weekend catering another one of our summer weddings which we always enjoy because all of the spitting pig catering team gets to come together to help out we have staff to serve the reception drinks and staff to serve canapés our Chef spent the morning seasoning the pig to make the most wonderful crackling that everyone enjoyed apart from the veggies that is in which we replaced with our popular homemade spinaches quiches which always goes down well with the non meat eaters.

As guests started to arrive a great selection of warm, hand made, freshly cooked canapés were served to start whilst the pig finished roasting and was cooked and carved by one of our fully qualified Chefs.

The scent of the meat juices filled the air as tender pork sandwiches were served to the guests, three freshly made salads were served along side this with servings of hot jacket potatoes, because our fluffy jacket potatoes are cooked in our hog roasting ovens they are by far the best jacket potatoes in the land.

Nothing will go down better on a rainy day than some hot traditional food and what better way to caterer you event than with something a little bit different.
