Easter Dining Brought to the Office with Hog Roast Stirling

There is little else more annoying than seeing the sun come out and the temperatures rise on the weekdays when you are at work. It always feels like the nice days are strictly reserved for the work days, doesn’t it? And then come the weekend when we are off the sun conveniently forgets to show up again until Monday morning.

But with Hog Roast Stirling there is an opportunity to bring some of that spring feeling into the workplace thanks to our specialist corporate catering services. This past week, as we start to head toward Easter, we had a corporate client of ours Hog Roast Stirlingorder for an Easter lunch to work. Seeing that the sun had decided to show up and spring began in earnest after the clocks went forward, our client thought it would be good for their staff team to be able to enjoy a lunchtime outside enjoying a delicious seasonal lunch. Hog Roast Stirling, of course, were all too happy to accommodate.

Having worked with this client before it was easy to set up a date for just two days from their initial call. We know the worksite, we know how we can best set up there, especially since it was going to be outdoors, and we know the allergy and nutritional requirements of this staff team already. That means all we needed to do was make sure our sourcing was available so that we could have all of our foods made from the best, most fresh meats and ingredients available. Fortunately, we could manage that, so our client’s team were able to enjoy a spring lunch in the sun with our own roast lamb and hog roast.

Lamb is popular for Easter specifically, so it was great to have that available at such short notice. It is a lighter roast just perfect for when the sun is out, and it balanced well with our hog roast and our fresh salads and sides. Our client was delighted that the Hog Roast Stirling team were able to put together such an incredible Easter feast in such a short time, and the staff were more than appreciative of the lunch out in the sun, too!
