With this weather being crazy, one minute its sunny then it is pouring with rain you can never be sure on what to do, go out in the sun and chill until it rains and make a dash back inside, have a BBQ in the sun until it pours with rain. Whether it is pouring down with rain or the sun is shining brightly we always use our gazebos to block out rain or shine. This is a great way of keeping guests dry or the sun out of their eyes. One of the best things about a hog roast is visually seeing it being roasted or spit roasted and if you are blinded by the light you will not be able to see the visual effect or maybe when receiving the food not being able to see what you want or how neatly everything is placed would be a real shame, so that is why we have gazebos every event we go to, plus you don’t want to be sitting eating you food and being covered in rain now would you?
One event we went to was a family gathering where they wanted a Hog Roast in a Bun Menu (Party Menu 1) it was sunny at first but mid way through the rain started to bucket down. Luckily we had some gazebos set up to cover the sun that a minute was shining on the hog roast event. It didn’t damper the family sprit or how much they enjoyed the food, maybe then enjoyed the food that little bit more, since the hot hog roast warmed up their bellies and themselves, plus watching the hog slowly roast warms you up since the machine was lovely and hot. Most of the family gathered around the hog roast watching and waiting, wanting it to hurry up and be finished, eventually we started to serve the hog to much of the delight from all the guests. We quickly and efficiently dished out the hog in a bun to all the family and some of their friends. Seeing the delight and amazement in their faces when took the first bite into the bun, was a sure happy site to see.
