Good morning Blog Readers . 🙂 and what an eventful week we are having here in the office with much more still to come at the weekend.
Today our catering team are out catering for a High School/Sixth Form not far from the office as the school are celebrating their 21st Birthday, yes you heard right!!! their schools 21st Birthday……. so what better excuse to enjoy a delicious Hog Roast?. They are hoping to see over 300 guests at the event which starts this afternoon so they have chosen to celebrate in style with our delicious Party Menu 4 which includes;
Local Free Range Spit Roasted Chicken Served With Chipolata Sausage, Stuffing and Homemade Onion Gravy
Plus Vegetarian Option
Served With Crusty Bread Rolls and a Selection of Sauces
Also Seasonal Vegetables
And New Potatoes Roasted With Rosemary And Garlic.
They Will Also Have A Spitting Pig chef, catering assistant and waiting staff to prepare and carve the chosen meat which in this case is chicken.
Prepare all dishes fresh on site using raw ingredients while meat is cookingÂ
Lay serving table with tablecloth, real crockery and napkins.
All our rubbish to be cleared away discretely and taken off site.
