Our chef love nothing better than to roast for a wonderful event, for glorious and friendly customers who love our hog roasts and other delight treats such as; delicious Canapés, scrumptious Desserts, tasty Starters and a Main with all its goodness and complements; crispy potatoes, freshly vegetables, crunchy crackling, succulent sauces and wonderful service.

We had a spectacular event a couple of days ago for a company who were celebrating being in business for 10 years. This is a remarkable achievement for any company and what better way to celebrate than with a hog roast. Since the company had been branching out since the start there was going to hundreds of them so when they read the menu their mouths watering in amazement; Spit Roasted Spring Lamb – Flame Roasted Whole to Perfection, Seasoned with Fresh Herbs Served with Mint Sauce and Mustard and Dill Sauce, Spit Roasted Sirloin of Angus Beef, Roasted to Perfection and Served to Your Liking with Horseradish Sauce, Spit Roasted Pig Roasted Whole to Perfection, Served with Professionally Presented Crackling, Along with Freshly Made Stuffing, Served Piping Hot and Delicious Bramley Apple Sauce, so serving they picked all of them to be served. Their faces were pure delight when they saw all the meats being roasted in front of them. Many of the employees had all 3 bits of meat in different buns to see what they all tasted like and they all said they same thing “an absolute delight” “the best thing they had ever tasted” the workers defiantly wanted one in the next 10 years and would do everything in their power to keep in business just for another hog roast.
