What a fantastic weekend! The sun was out and it made our weekend so spectacular and made our time in Preston delightful. We had to set up our Menu 1 for a big corporate show day, where company workers and guests come to the company.
We had to set up two our wonderful machines really early for this event yet we were there and ready on time like always. As the hogs were beautifully roasting away we set up our luscious freshly made apple sauce and starting cutting our soft white rolls. As we was doing this some of the workers started to arrive and enquired what we was doing, we kindly described to them we was roasting a hog for this event. They watched mouths watering at the site of pig sizzling away. As they watched more workers and guests arrived to join the group who were gathered watching the pig slowly roast away in its own juices. While the sun was beating down on the grand event to the workers and guests relief we hog was finally ready to be carved and served into the readymade buns with a little helping of our apple sauce with the hogs golden brown crispy crackling along with our freshly made sage and onion stuffing. A long line formed within a flash as they waiting in anticipation. Once we started to serve the Spit Roasted Hog buns out it wasn’t long before the queue and the meat slowly started to disappear.
Nearing the end of the event the sun started to fade away as well as the guests, we were given many complements on how perfect; the hog was roasted, the crackling from the hog were the best they had tasted, how soft the buns were, how the apple sauce wonderfully work with the meat as did the superb sage and onion stuffing. The company said “we defiantly want you to be here the next event we set up and we will recommend you to our partnering branches and businesses. We put our excellent machines back into our vans to be taken to back the factory and cleaned for the next outing.
We really do enjoy events like this one, when we please everyone there and are widely complement on our hard yet enjoyable work. Plus recommending us to new customers is something we really like due to the fact it helps our business thrive and we get to meet a new set of people and adore the new experiences they bring.
