Why I love being a hog roast caterer by Barry Saunders (aka BBQ Barry)
Good afternoon to all the hog roast caterer blog readers, its Barry Saunders here and I am one of the head hog roasting chefs at hog roast catering. I am affectionately known as BBQ Barry by my customers and colleagues and the reason for this is because I simply love my job and there’s nothing I enjoy more than whipping up a tasty hog roast feast or meaty barbecue.
People often say to me “why do you love your job as a hog roast caterer so much?” and I always answer the same, There is not just one reason I love being a hog roster there is many. First of all there is my love and passion for creating quality, tasty food, then there is the fun and excitement of watching a beautiful hog roast being cooked to perfection, there is also the pleasure of catching up with old customers as well as meeting new ones and last but not least there is that wonderful feeling that you get as you glance around an event and see the happy satisfied faces everybody present as they devour and enjoy the food that I have worked hard to cook.
